My fujifilm JX500 wont charge

Had the same problem, took the camera back to the shop. Was mortified when the assistant opened the battery slot, took the battery out, turned it round and put it back in again. And it worked. Make sure the battery isn't the wrong way round (only camera I've ever had where it was even POSSIBLE to put the battery in the wrong way round). Orange label on the battery needs to be next to the orange 'release lever' on the slot.

I have a brand new Nikon D3100. The battery was fully charged and placed in the camera. I took about 4 photos, and then turned the camera off. When I turned it back on the battery wasn't working to...

The solution to your problem is simple, Kathrynbax.

The battery never comes in fully charged. It's always charged only so you may be able to check if your camera is working. I suggest, you take out your battery and put it to charge for exactly 90 minutes as the manual says. Then I'm sure you won't face any such problems.

Hope this solves your problem.

On the samsung p1000 digital camera charging is proving a problem. An orange light keeps blinking when the charger is connected and the camera remains uncharged and will not switch on

had the same problem! brand new camera, never had it switched on and it just kept blinking.

took battery and card out, put battery in then tried to charge. same orange light.

put card back in and took battery out for min and replaced, red light is on now!

hoping this has done it. will try camera in few hours!

Vtech 8L55 2 unit portable phone

I just had the same problem. Could be dirty terminals. I took the battery out, cleaned the terminals on the battery and phone with a pencil eraser, put the battery back in and it's working fine. (Says fully charged, where just a few minutes ago it said low battery).

I took your suggestion and replaced the SIM card, but the difference is I managed to locked it in tightly. It worked.
