Question about HP Deskjet 3845 InkJet Printer
When I load a regular sheet of paper the business cards print 1/2' from the top, where they should but when I load the business card perferated paper the text starts printing at the very top of the page. That throws off all the cards, not to mention wastes ink and paper.
Before this problem I was able to print 50 business cards. I have a total of 4 different kind of cards to print. The first one came out fine but I can't seem to print the other 3 correctly. All my settings are correct: 3.5x2 cards, 8.5x11 paper, 1/2" margin top, bottom, and sides. What am I doing wrong? Please help. Thanks
I had this problem today and think I've figured it out. Take a sheet of plain paper and two little pieces ot clear 'scotch' tape. Tape the blank sheet behind the business cards at the top/feeder edge and try again. You may need to tweak it a bit more but it stops it from printing so far up.
