How can I transfer my Pictures from computer to my camera with a Memory card adapter my camera is a PANASONIC LUMIX DMC-LZ10

Ok so I want to transfer pics to my camera... I don't have a slot in my laptop to put my memory card.. But can I transfer my pictures to my camera with My SD Memory Stick Adapter ? If so , how? cause I've tried to drag the pictures to the file and it doesn't show up on my camera... When I open the file there is a file named DCIM and a file named MISC.. I tried to put it in both didn't work.. Inside the DCIM there are two other files 100KC315 and 101_PANA.. Tried both of them..didnt work... what do I do? I tried with my older camera and it worked but with this camera it doesn't I just got it yesterday and I just want to do that so I can print them out and delete the ones on my camera ... THANKSS so much for your help!

Well newer cameras get more complicated, and try hooking your camera up to your laptop using whatever kinda connection you use. then, see if you can trasfer images.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 able to download to ipod

Not directly. You can download the pictures to a computer, then upload them to your iPod. If you connect the iPod and the camera or its memory card, you can transfer the pictures from one to the other without storing them on the computer.

Transfer from camera memory

there might not be a way of transferring picture within the camera. However the SD card _should_ have resolved the memory full issue. Plug the camera into a computer with its USB cable. Transfer the pictures to the computer and delete them off the internal memory. Assure that your SD memory card is functional by trying it in another camera or in the slot on a computer.

DMC-FZ28 camera memory

First of all, it's faster to use a fast SD to USB adapter with a fast SD card. This beats attaching a (slow) cable to the camera by far. Plus, the method of transfer gets confusing when considring internel memory via cable, on some systems. Skip the cable. I like to get my SD card with matching USB adapter. Both of these need to rated fast. Not just a "Class 6" and not just big but FAST. It saves your time! Repeatedly.

Therefore, switch to "Play" mode. Go down to the "Playback" menu and find "Copy". Copy "in" to the SD icon. That's it.

You might want to clear you internal memory too. But only after your pictures are safe.

Where does Lumix® digital camera store the pictures I take?

Unlike 35mm cameras that store images on film, Lumix® Digital Cameras store images on SD Memory Cards, which make sharing and storing your pictures easy and convenient. You simply insert an SD Memory Card into the camera, take pictures until the card is full, and then you can transfer the pictures onto a compatible PC. Once you saved all your pictures, you can erase the card and start all over again.
