The programming on your remote buttons probably got overridden. Just reprogram your remote's buttons for the alarm and gate .

Alarm on garage opener is going off

Do you have a model with a battery backup on it? The battery, like most batteries, eventually wears out and will start beeping. If you don't have frequent power outages in your area, or have another way to gain entry to your home if there were a power outage, (like an old fashioned key), locate the battery which is approximately 4"x5" located on the outer side of the opener motor head, unplug it and forget about it. This would get rid of the beeping noise. Or you can replace the battery.

Omega 4500 garage door opener not working. Tried to program but did not work. Can the logic board be bad ???

Yes, but the remote also may not be the right frequency. The model number you list is, I'm almost certain, made by Marantec. They should have a receiver module that can be removed, and it's about the size of a car alarm remote. You'll see the frequency listed on there. From there, you just need to be sure the remote is the same frequency as the opener.

Craftsman garage door opener

I don't understand fully, but I'll work with what I can. Your HomeLink in your F-150 should be able to program to the Craftsman opener you listed first, as long as the opener is made before 2012. Openers made in 2012 and 2013 (and a couple of 2011 models I've encountered) require a special converter kit from Chamberlain (who make Craftsman and Liftmaster also) to use the older signal from HomeLink to repeat the signal format that the new openers use. You mentioned a Viper X50, and I was not able to find any information on it. If this is a car alarm, you would need a special receiver from Viper to connect to your garage door opener in order to use your Viper car alarm remote with you garage door opener. However, if you Craftsman is 2012 or newer, the receiver may not work with it. If your garage door opener is Viper branded, I don't think it will be compatible with home link. If you have more questions, please feel free to contact me.

I moved into a home with a Honeywell system, but have no codes. How can I reset the alarm codes?

if you take the front face off there should be a pin hole around the keypad area and if you take a paper clip and push this it will do a master reset. the only thing about this is you will have to reprogram the whole system. you might be able to scroll thru the option and if you see a setting called master code enter the default code wich is probably 123456 if this works then you can add and delete codes. once you do this you may want to change your administrator code.

Neighbor opening our garage door

Report this problem to the Manufactuer stating your model number of controller and remotes too and they may help solve your problem faster than getting offside with your neighbour, apart from that the remotes and motor controller may need replacing to give you more security and control over your own secure enviroment,

I have fitted many security devices,alarm panels,cameras,sensors,keypads,etc,
and never had to repair this type of fault as the supplier or manufactuer has always assisted with their products thru warantee or advice,

I have 20 years of experience in the industy in NZ,Thanks MISTERDJ
