Its placed behind motor control unit or else check
out near relay circuit.tis motor control circuit is placed inside a plastic control box located in lower front corner of the washer cabinet

2008 Suzuki XL 7 no stop lights no powers to stop light fuses, no power to stoplight switch. What can keep power from fuses. The rest of the fuses and fuse boxes have power.

first check the CHMSL/DMR fuse. If that is good look for the brake lamp relay. Remove it. With a test light hooked to ground probe the pins in the fuseblock, One should have power all the time. One should have power with the brake pedal depressed. Connect the test light to power. The other two pins should turn on the test light.

If there is power all the time but there is no power on any pin with the brake pedal depressed than you either have a bad brake switch, a bad BCM (which actually supplies power to the third brake light), or bad wiring.

Has anybody been under the dash recently?
I get the impression there is one of the multi pin wiring harness plugs not quite connected. Get under the dash around the heater box and do the wiggle test with the heater fan switched on and see if anything happens. Also check the fuse box for a dirty fuse connection, sometimes wiggling the fuse can clean the connection.
The fuse box lid will tell you which fuse.

you need to connect a diagnostic machine to your obd socket, you can actuate the tps through the machine, it will also give you the correct location of wires/connectors.

You seem to have a loose connection. This is the first issue I would tackle. Make sure you have proper 240 vac from the supply at the terminal block. Then you need to check l-1 and l-2 against white neutral for 120 vac. The clock needs 120 vac to properly light up. Then check the p1-1 power supply connection for 120 vac. between p1-4 connection neutral . If all this is solid, then double check the p-2 connector (p.c.b.). All pins need to be matched correctly and the pin connections at the jumper harness need to be checked to see if they (one- by- one) have not backed out slightly and making a partial connection. You can use a pick tool to remove the inner tang and remove the wire connector itself individually. Then pry up on the terminal tang and insert it fully back into the connector so it will make a solid pin connection. You will be able to tell if one is bent needing correction. At p-2 on the pcb board, pin # 5 is a brown wire with a non resettable fuse internally with the wire itself. Make sure there is continuity between these 2 -points as the fuse needs to be closed. This jumper goes to the clock p-7 pin connections.

Check pin number 16 of the OBD 2 diagnostic connector, it should have 12 volts, if not the port will not power up the code reader or scanner. See diagram below.

Ive lost all connection with my tail lights and my windshield wipers, but i've replaced the fuse and my battery dies when I don't un hook the ground to keep the charge

Let us start with the draining battery first and with any luck we will hit on a solution with the the lights and wipers. With the battery still disconnected put a ammeter (just a cheap one will do) between the disconnected ground cable and the naked battery terminal and measure the residual current exiting the battery with everything 'off'. remove each fuse in turn, one at a time and record any drop in current before reinserting it. This will identify the circuit responsible for draining the battery. Classic examples are glove box lights staying on when the lid is closed because the contact switch mechanism has been bent out out shape; likewise trunk lights. Once you have identified the offending circuit leave the fuse out and find the relay on that circuit. On many cars individual relays have been combined into a multi-relay module. When you remove the cases for these modules the individual relay assemblies are still all there. A basic relay is usually a cube of about 25mm on a side with four pin connections. Two of the pins are for the low power signal or switch input circuit; turning your wiper switch on only uses a very few milli-amps and light weight wiring. The other two pins are for the heavy power circuit to operate the device requested by the switching circuit: the wiper motor circuit is a heavy power user and is supplied by heavier duty wires. For each relay, fed from circuit from which you have disconnected the fuse, check that the pins are clean and that the socket is also free of dirt, corrosion, water and any signs of obvious shorting. The relay casing will often have printed on the outside a schematic illustrating the pin designations and what they do. Applying 12 volts across the 'switch' pins will result in click as the 'power circuit' pins are connected. Check for continuity across the power circuit pins with the ammeter. If the relay seems faulty remove its cover (sometimes they have transparent covers) and look for obvious burns due to shorting. If everything OK check the wiring of the circuit from the relay to the component (tail lights, wiper motor etc). Disconnect each component in turn to determine device with power drain issues. The devices are usually grounded to the vehicle frame. THis process does not tell you directly what is wrong but gives you the correct approach of finding out. Experience shows that most failures of this type are due to shorting as a result of the effects of water, dirt, oil, and corrosion. Chafing of insulation is a close second.

OBD II connector troubleshooting 101

I had the same problem with my 2000 Elantra. the OBD II connector pins get squished and won't make cantact with the scan tool, therefore no connection. the solution is to bend the pins back so they will connect to the scan tool.

FIRST! check your lighter and radio fuses (which you have already done). If possible, make sure your scan tool is working properly, try it on another car. If it is functioning properly, remove the 2 screws holding the obd II connector to the dash. Look for obvious signs of corrosion, damage, or stuff that shouln't be in the connector (rocks, gum, etc.) clean the connector with a good electronics cleaner (I use the CRC stuff), you can usually find it at you local parts store, radio shack, or even wal mart. hose down the inside of the connector thouroughly and allow time to dry.

check for voltage between 4 (gnd) & 16 (+vcc) then 5(gnd) and 16(+vcc) with the ignition on the voltage should be between 12v-16v (these pins may be different on other cars, look for an OBD II connector pinout diagram if your car is different). If this voltage is not present at either pin, the problem is not the connector. check your fuses and wiring. if this voltage is present at both pins continue.

Here's what I did. with the connector free from the dash, you can see the back of the connector where the wires enter the connector. on either side of the connector there may be a white clip. pop both of them off. you should be able to push a small screwdriver or pick in that space to pull the pins back out towards the outside of the connector. do one at a time so you can tell if the pin has moved back out into position. do this for all of the pins. Try to connect. if still no luck try again to push out the pins and reconnect.

If your connection is restored, replace the clips, screw it back into the dash. Return your car to the lousy DMV where they will proceed to tell you something else is wrong which they neglected to tell you on your first 10 visits!! :-)

Stuff thats good to know:
some auto parts stores will connect their OBD II scan tool to you car for free. auto zone is one place
some times the computer will need to reset to restore a connection to the scan tool. to do this simply cycle the ignition off (wait a few seconds) then on again.
online auction places are a excellent resource for USB to OBD II connectors to connect your laptop to your car. there is lots of OBD II diagnostic freeware out there to go with your newly purchased connector.

The two red wires are +VE Supply and both connect to pins 1 and 2

The two brown wires are Supply Ground and both connect to pins 8 and 9

Pins 3 through 7 are the traffic recievers digital interface:
Purple/violet connects to pin 3
Yellow connects to pin 4
Blue connects to pin 5
Black connects to pin 6
Green connects to pin 7

Bad connection

Have you checked the power supply for a fuse to it, should have a in-line fuse in it good luck if it didn't get burnt out.
