Fisher & Paykal Refrigerator. E 522 B Plastic piece in door hinge fell out . Door now travels around and has big dent in front panel. I need to replace outer stainless door panel and plastic piece in upper hinge that stops door travel. Fisher & Pakal Dbl Drawer Dishwasher DD 603 Top Drawer occasionally accumulates 1/2 inch standing water after lower drawer has run a cycle. Sometimes this happens overnight when neither drawer is running.

they had door closer problems make sure door it fully closed and not staying open just slitely and letting air out, hing closer is plactic pieces on ref door bottom and piece on hing itself.

Are you talking about the door handle hinge? The door handle and hing do not need to be removed to remove the door panel. Remove the door handle bezel and the hole will be big enogh to come straight off with the door panel. See the picture below. This is the only diagram supplied in the service manual. It shows the bezel for the driver's door but it states that the rear door is similar. If you allready have the bezel off, or you are not talking about the door handle hinge, I don't know what you are talking about when you say "hinge thing"

You're going to need to adjust the hinges on your frig and/or freezer doors.
Your cost: $zero.
There's one hinge at the top of each door & one at the bottom. The hinges at the top are
covered by a triangular shaped piece of plastic that pries up easily with a screwdriver or tack
puller - remember to put down a thin piece of cardboard (as from a cereal box) to protect the
finish on the appliance.
These screws take a 5/16ths inch socket.
Check the screws holding the top hinges first, since they're easier to get to. If the hinges on
either door are loose, you've found the problem - align the doors so the frig door doesn't also
pop open the freezer door and you're done.
If the hinges at the top of the doors are secure, then your problem is with one (or both) of the
hinges at the bottom - probably best to adjust them after emptying the door(s).
These hinges also take a 5/16-in tool, but it'll have to be a combination wrench with a flashlight,
and you'll have to lay down on the floor to adjust these hinges.

If you check with searpartsdirect.com, they have the door assembly for $120 plus shipping and tax. To remove you would need to take the top hinge bracket off to remove the top door then the middle hinge can be remove to allow you to replace the lower door. Hope this helps you.

This is generic because you did not include the make and model number. Had you provided that info we most likely could have provided you with the installation instructions that would show you exactly what to do.

Having said that... To release the plastic on the top of the TOP hinge use a butter knife on top of a putty knife so you don't dent or scratch the top. Gently lift in and outward and upward direction and it will come right off. Of this us a 2 horizontal swing door model the center hinge is inverted on the opposite side. Sometimes the lower hinge is also inverted. Other times you have to remove the hinge pin and place it on the other side of the hinge bracket. It is not a difficult task but it sure is helpful to have 2 people when installing the larger door. What ever you do leave the pliers off the job / at least away from the refrigerator. You might need them to switch the lower hinge pin installed position. The door handle usually on the lower portion (Screw part) may have a plastic insert covering the screw that you can gently remove with a small knife blade prying around the edges if the insert piece. Other handles it is exactly the opposite of what you stated... you slide the handle DOWN to expose the mounting screw.

there is a plastic part that attaches to the lower hinge that helps keep the door closed. it is like a rocker that when the door is open the door rides up on the plastic rocker then as you close the door the door rides down on the hinge rocker and helps to force it closed. mine stopped closing on it's own then all of a sudden the black plastic piece broke and fell to the floor. I am ordering a new piece if I can find the part number.

the hinge is not plastic, only the insert sleeve that goes into the hole atop the door is plastic. If the actual hinge (metal arm) is broke, then you need to order a new part (not difficult if frig is 20 years or less). If you cannot find the part, go to a metal shop and show them the broken part, they usually can repair it or remake a new piece.
If the hole in the door went bad (that is: if the hole tore open and cannot hold the hinge pin) you need to have a metal repair brace added to the door. This will involve the metal shop or a good mechanic that can come to you and do the neccessary repair at the house; otherwise you need to bring the door to the metal shop. macgivor

Check the lower hinge of that door for a broken closer cam. The upper hinge is adjustable and adjusting the corners in the front will shift the cabinet to align the door also.

You gotta pull door panel find screws for arm rest, pull door hand off, you have push type retainers around panel need to get door panel tool from parts store or carefull use & bent screw driver to pry & pop off from there unplug harness connectors to panel & remove panel pull plastic dorn in front of door you should have 3 10mm head nuts on mirror studs good luck

Generally, door hinges have a post on the door part and a hole in the box part.  
In fairness to Sears, you caused the problem.  Ice is caused by failure to keep the door closed, open containers with damp product inside and the like.  Forcing the doors will cause them the distort and that's what you did.
You may have to pay a visit to Sears and look at a floor model to see what it looks like.  Take a camera.
