Install scarper blade toro powerlite mod. 38182

On everyone I have ever seen, there are just three bolts that go through it into the auger housing. There is a notch that the scraper has that fits on to the end of the housing. You can see the drawing for it here - http://www.partstree.com/parts/?lc=toro_consumer&mn=38182%2C+Powerlite+Snowthrower%2C+2009+%28SN+290000001-290999999%29&dn=3358-429-383366-0008
I just picked one of the models for 38182 cause i think they are likely all the same, but if you want to be sure, use the list here - http://www.partstree.com/parts/?lc=Toro+Consumer&mn=38182 and choose the one that matches your serial number range. Then select the drawing to see the rotor assembly. Should be pretty easy except sometimes the heads of the bolts to keep the scraper on get wore down if the scraper bar wasn't changed when it should have been.

Scraper 99-5390 assembly

remove the four carriage bolts holding the bar in place. Underneath these are held with locking nuts and will probably need cutting to remove.

Toro 621e blows a stream of snow out of rear of machine

1 dont tilt the blower forward. the paddles are not supposed to touch the ground. the only thing that should rub the ground is the scraper bar. that bring us to number 2.
2 damage to the scraper bar would cause the same thing.. not likely if the machine is that new.

My toro s620 will not start I replaced the spark plug still nothing won't even say anything

Well, There is nothing like a good repair shop to take care of a problem. I would recommend looking at the diagrams at a site like www.arcolawn.com and consider the carburetor rebuild kit fuel line and the primer. Inspect the parts on the machine and order replacments right at the web site.
Good luck

I have a Toro S620 snow blower, I push the primer bulb and it starts right up then dies. If I keep pushing the primer bulb continualy it will keep running but the moment I quit it dies.

The carburetor bowl needs to be taken off and most likely the float and needle need replacing. When you prime the carb, this is shooting gas straight to the carb instead of traveling though the jets. This is a very easy task, but I know if you're using a snow blower you need it quick. The kit is about $5 and be sure to take your machines info with you.
