BSOD or so called, Blue of screen death occurs due to variety of reasons and once it do, you might have to force restart it to use your PC again. Old drivers, outdated windows, faulty hardware, degrading hard drive etc. are one of the top most reasons that causes bsod errors.

If you're not a pros or just a basic PC users, I'd recommend you to take your PC to any nearest computer repair shop and get it resolved there.

I'd glad to address if you've any further queries.

System restart even playing game gta3

If your CPU or GPU aren't capable of running the game your computer might be overheating. Restarting itself is a safety measure built into the system. Trying checking your computer CPU temperature and make sure its not getting to hot. I use CoreTemp to check things like this. It will show all the info you need for your CPU. Google the CPU model for temperature specs from Intel or AMD depending on your computer. If it seems to be getting hot make sure your fans inside the computer are operating and also blow the dust inside the machine out regularly. Only other thing i can think of is you might be hitting a bad spot in your memory (RAM) but usually that results in a blue error screen then restarting.

Hi edmondlukwag
I think we are talking about two different memory models here : the physical memory is 512 MB while the virtual one is 1024 MB , that's probably why your games remain playing smoothly .

Sir, I am facing very serious problem with my PC.Whenever I play a heavy game or do heavy application or even when I insert my Pen Drive into my PC then the Temperature of my PC is increase to 90 degree...

The RAM showing less is quite normal. The temperature of the CPU is too high. Clean out all the dust inside and out, and have new thermal compound pasted between the CPU and heatsink. You may want a technician to do this safely.

Ok. When it shows the screens, can you read the text or does it go away fast...
Close to the bottom you will see a number... See if you can give it to me...

Maybe it is a Memory Problem... According to the number you give me, i will let you know..
