Kenwood kdc-c710 When i put the stereo on CD mode it says CH NO and nothing happens, also the changer in the boot wont eject.

It sounds like a blown fuse to me, or problems with the power to the player. Check all connections and power to the unit.

Take special care to make sure you know where the unit gets power from, it could have more than 1 fuse.

There is a manual eject slot on the side of the CD changer. You will need a small flat head screwdriver or a pry tool to insert into the slot.

Kenwood car stereo cd player reads protect mode how do i fix this


i have a kenwood kdc-241 car stereo and it has gone onto protect mode i have done everything it says in the manual and even taken it out of the car just in case it was damp i have tried putting it back in but still is in protect mode can anyone help me please

I put a small pin in the reset button a few times and that then got the catridge to eject.

I had the same problem. I opened up the unit and found out that there is a plastic gear that moves the loader. When worn the loader can not load tha magazines nor change cd's. I replaced the gear and the cd autochanger worked fine.

Magazine don't eject


check out if there is any small hole on the surface of cd changer..
Then take one safety Pin and insert it inside the hole..
after than press slightly inside the hole ...
then u will be able to take out cds

CD won't eject....


you need cleaning and maintenance on your radio if you want to eject the disk theres a little tiny button on the face you will need a pin push it in and this should eject your disk

Car cd changer


yes. open it up and find the small motor that performs the eject process. Then turn it by hand to eject the magazine.
