How can I recognize mother board problem if system gives trouble. Could you inform about troubleshooting tricks on motherboard

If the motherboard can detect an error, by itself, it should be in the post Power On Self Test.
If the board did not beep, it could not find an error.
Perhaps you should look in the startup menu, if the post is switched off. Sometimes people switch it of to safe time during startup, but it only takes little time for the computer to do the test.
Perhaps you do have a manual for the board (if you did build the computer yourself, then you can read all about post.

perhaps you copy and paste this line in Google and add the model name and number of your board. See what you can find.

How far from property line and do I need a permit to build a shed

Your best bet to find that information is to check with your city or municipal permits department as this information changes slightly from place to place, country to country.

The right answer will depend on the area of your property, the developed area of your property, your shed's overhang, and whether or not there is a window in the shed facing the property line. Most often it ranges from 4' down to only a couple of feet.

The reasons for the distance are mostly to keep fire from spreading from building to building.

Water is lime heavy in my area and I am conscious this can build up in washing machines. How can I prevent a build up. Someone suggested using vinegar to rinse the drum but didn't know how much or...

You can use about a full gallon, run the washer full to highest load level, then add the vinegar let it agitate for a minute then turn it off with the drum full and let it set (longer the better) and the when done let it finish cycle (the rinse cycles will flush the vinegar and any lime dissolved)
I use a similar process to to remove scale from shower heads, my humidifier etc

Ok so got black screen disconnected nvidia slot to on board monitor slot. seemed to be fine until restarted and back at black screen. sounds like loading upon startup. what say u?

The first thing you need to know about working on the inside of your computer is that if you don't ground yourself you can fry a graphics card and not even know it....You may have already done this....At the very least you should make sure that you're not on carpet and that you don't build up a static charge from your computer chair...If you build up a static charge like rubbing your feet on a carpet or sliding your **** off a vinyl computer can build up a static charge that can reach 30,000 volts......Yes, that little zap can do some real damage....At the very least...take off your shoes and socks and touch a friend or family member to make sure you don't have a charge.
You may want to turn off the computer...disconnect the graphics card...turn on the computer.....give it at least 15 seconds to a minute....(You won't be able to see anything)....Turn off the computer...(Hard shut down...Press the power button and hold it).....wait a minute and put the graphics card back in....turn on the computer....and hopefully your computer will recognize the graphics card and you will be able to see your system on the screen...Hope this helps....

What are my setting asus m3a and AMD athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ my cpu is running hot for some reason around 130 f do not know what is causing it

Dust build-up can cause this as well as a failed system fan. If you are ok with opening the case, (make sure pc is off and unplugged and you are touching metal with one hand at all times) you can carefully vacuum out dust build-up with small attachments (vent duct attachments available at hardware store or auto shop) Be very careful to barely hover the vacuum over the dust and not to actually touch the components so no damage occurs. If you are uncomfortable with this, you can call a shop and ask about cleaning charge.
