It could be jammed in too tight. You'll have to loosen it up with the by prying the sides open with the aid of a blunt, soft but tough and flat object. Don't do so if you don't know how. That's what I did and it worked. Get someone who knows how to do it for you. Could also be a software problem. Format the phone (back up your pics and vids etc on your phone mem to the memory card
Format the entire phone. This will delete everything on the phone, but so back up pics, videos, etc on the memory card.
1. Turn off phone
2. Hold the following keys down WHILE it's turning back on:
3. (3 + * + green call key)
4. Do not let go till it asks about your location
5. Let johnny_20 know how it goes :)
