Question about Vacuums
Open up the brush to see if there any clogging. This can happen with turbo brushes, particularly on the turbine or on the belt that drives it (usually toothed) youll have to be slow and patient with these types of tools as they aren't always made with easy to locate parts. Also check the sides of the brush that no dirt has lodged between making the brush unmovable.
