-   My D40 is less than 6 months old. It started doing this on the day of my daughter's wedding (!). Had to have it factory serviced. Now it's doing it again, and Nikon is telling me there's nothing wrong.-   Deb_T

it is the highlight warning. When viewing the photos, simply click the up button to scroll to a different view.
