Multiplying by factors (2) & (3) respectively gives.
6a+12b=150
6a+10b=132
therefore 2b = 18
b = 9
given 2a+4b=50 and b = 9
a = 7.
wassup now.

5.1V 1A adapter will not power up my 2-wire(4200-005000-000) Found a 2-Wire 5.1V 2 A adapter that will. Is this too risky?

First, check with your Internet Service Provider; if they provided the 2WIRE modem, they will replace it, "no questions asked", if they want to KEEP you as a customer.

Second, give the 2A adapter a try -- nothing can get "worse" than the current "broken" status.
