Cylinder head torque specification

These are specific to individual engines and you have not bothered to indicate the year , make and model of vehicle you have and specifically which engine is fitted.

I suggest your source a service manual for the vehicle you have which if sufficiently detailed will include the torque specs for many of the engine components and the correct sequence for tightening the cylinder head bolts which is also critically important when you are refitting the heads..

Toyota 2c. I need cylinder head and flywheel Torque settings

Toyota 2c ...
USE NEW BOLTS...
Torque sequence:
You're driving a diesel single cylinder head engine. Engine head torque has to be done in specific order and stages if not can warp head or break bolts. Suggest you get torque sequence and torque specs from your Toyota dealer, they can give you correct answer. Don't trust answers on here, if you choose wrong specs. could end up messing up head.

Need to know how much torque to tighten head bolts and connectingrods

If you are repairing the engine to this level, a bottom or top rebuild, you should already have a chiltons. If not, what are you doing?! These specifications along with many necessary others should be in your repair manual unless you are just gathering this information for fun. Sorry about the lecture, but if you don't have torque specs for this, what else do you not have. Not only do you need the torque specs but each head bold needs to be torqued in a certain sequence as well. Head bolts are torqued in specific order gradually bringing the cast iron head to specification over three torque sessions.

I need to know the tork spec for cilynder bolts and head bolts

Hi, Torque specifications are different from motor to motor. These specifications state how tightly the head bots are to be installed. Correct torque insure that the head gasket is sealed properly and correct torque sequence insures that the head itself is not warped in the installation process. Refer to a engine repair manual (Chilton's, Hayne's, etc.) for your vehicle/motor for the correct specs and torqueing sequence. You can usuall find these manuals at your local auto parts store.

Need to know head bolt torque specs

Try checking the autozone.com website and register the vehicle information. It won't cost anything and you'll have access to an online repair manual. The torque specs may be available there and the manual is definitely a handy resource. Look in the specifications section. Hope this helped and best wishes.
