You are doing it wrong, which is why you still have a problem.
You categorized it here as a Generic PC Desktop problem, when it is instead a problem with an ATT Accelerator, which it seems is software.
If you ask with the right category, you might get the question to people who have tried to use that; however,
you would also have to describe what went wrong. Given that AT&T tends to have step-by-step instructions, I am guessing that the full-body-cast you were in made it somehow more challenging, or impossible to use reference materials or hand-copied notes.
Additionally, nobody cares or takes heart that you spent 2 days doing this. See also The Diving Bell and the Butterfly, which is a movie. Try and do even likely failure or double-checking so that you make it look good and learn something from it, and get ideas of what might work better.
