Go to download.com. I just got a prog called DriverMax. It is pretty awesome. You can only download 2 drivers a day tho, but it will find what you need.

I don't have mother board cd

Hi, I am confused regarding the model of the Mother board
you have:

The P5S800-VM is an LGA775 socket mother-board for a
Pentium 4 CPU.

P4-515, on the other hand, does not return any hits on the
Asus web-site search.

===

I think your best solution is to contact ASUS /USA:

1-888-678-3688

and talk to customer support.

They will guide you in identifying the exact motherboard you
have, so you can download the driver set from their
support site.

BTW.

I think you computer performance is very unbalanced at 256 MB.
This is not nearly enough memory to run with such a fast CPU,
(2.93 Gigs), and your machine must be terribly disk bound:

1) When your operating system runs out of semiconductor
memory, it begins to thrash to disk, which is 10 million times
slower then RAM, making the fast CPU a total waste of
money.

2) For a normal machine running Windows and a 3Gig CPU
you should have at least 1 GB of RAM, preferably 2GB
(RAM is cheap these days)

But before I put my foot too deep into my mouth, I notice that
you are running FREEDOS, does that mean you are running
DOS only (No Windows ?) for some specialized application ?

I don't have mother board cd

I think you have a problem there. Try looking around your neighbourhood repair shops . They might have it.
Other than that , if you use old equipment , you must keep all the CDs and drivers for yourself (nobody keeps it for you).
If the mboard is new , the manufacturer will still have it , try contacting them .
However , they only keep the newer ones , the old ones are normally junked when the series comes to end of production.
Good luck
