When I view my pictures on the camera some of them come up with the message "THIS PICTURE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED". Is there any way that I can get to see these pictures?

Take the memory card out of the camera and try to read it on your computer. You will need a card reader if your pc does not have an SD card slot It sounds like the memory card may be corrupted in which case there are a number of programs that MAY be able to retrieve the photos from the card. The best and only advisable way you can see thispicture is by connecting your camera to a computer and copying it out or viewing it on your computer.
This way, your computer would have all the necessary display properties to show you the picture.
This is mostly caused when you take a picture with a camera other than the one you are trying to view the picture on. It is as a result of the camera which took the picture having advanced display properties than the one you are trying to use.
This makes it unable to open the picture.
