SOURCE: refrigerator has water underneath vegetable
We found that the drainage for the defrosting was plugged. The water from the freezer drains from a hole that's on the top of the fresh food unit. There's a gutter that shunts the water to a tube that runs to a tray underneath the refrigerator. The tray was bone dry. So we unscrewed the gutter from the top of the fridge, and yes, it was plugged. Some Scrubby bubbles later, the plug was done. We reinstalled it, and now we don't have water underneath the vegetable/fruit bins.
This is for the GE TBF15DC For other models, your mileage may vary.

Most likely your refrigerator is set at too cold a setting. Just turn the temperature adjustment to a warmer setting.

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper)
between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it.
Make sure this fan is running. You may have to hold the door switch in for it
to run. There is a flap you adjust with
the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust
the fridge temp.
The problem could be the electronic control if
you have one or the mechanical linkages.
