Question about Computers & Internet
Go to your "Device Manager" and determine if the USB port is installed. Chances are they are not or they may have a yellow/red mark indicating drivers are not installed (correctly. Alternately, on power up go to your BIOS/CMOS setup and verify that the USB has been enabled.
