I needed to exchange my casio phone for another. I kept the same battery. When I try to pair my phone states to PLACE THE DEVICE YOU ARE CONNECTING TO IN DISCOVERABLE MODE. I don't have such a mode that I am aware. I place the phone in front of the parrot mini slim and go through the steps, and my phone has found the parrot it asks to pair I press OK to pair then the phone askes ENTER PASSKEY. I don't know what that is. The phone tells me pairing failed when I attempt to enter a new passkey number since I don't know the old one. What should I do. Thank You.

Casio is a manufacturing company; you do not say what the device is. If it is run by battery perhaps it has died and needs re charging. Or even if it is dead, a new battery. But Casio what?
If the Bluetooth versions are different it means the two will not pair, you need a device that shares the same versions of Bluetooth for easy compatibility with your phone. You will need to trade that for a compatible version of Headsets.

Normally, two
Bluetooth
devices must be paired before they can exchange data. The term pairing usually
means that two devices are exchanging protected passkeys. Once paired, all
information sent over the Bluetooth link is
encrypted and will only be able to reach devices that are authorized to do so by
the pairing process. In certain instances it may not be necessary to conduct the
pairing procedure. For example, when exchanging business cards between two
mobile phones it may be too cumbersome to pair with a password. Usually there is
a setting in the device, in which you can set a lower level of security.
you might need to check the bluetooth device you are connecting to is working and if it is turn it off and try it again, if no luck turn them both of and disconnect any additionals such as battery sim etc for a minute and switch them both on again
please try to powercycle your phone... turn it off and remove the battery. make sure your headset is fully charged... the indicator light should be in steady blue before pairing it

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.
