The fun? check your cpu matey and your ram could also be bad if not try resetting your nios by using the sest switch on the motherbaord

NO beep code means motherboard has died , no matter if the fan spins for CPU . If memory was bad or even dead the motherboard would beep rapidly .

Try another memory brand! Maybe memory you have in there not compatible. Have you tried testing your video card make sure it's not a bad video card?

Try getting an overclockers BIOS. ECS motherboards don't usually offer the best overclocking support.

Does it give any type of beep code ? do you see any L.E.D light on motherboard light up ?
If no beep code the mobo might have met it's maker

try to use pci card to getto screen agp ect ok maby bios thinks its that output reset it pull out battery then back in
