Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S2276 Notebook
Often, this indicates that the laptop could not find its default boot device which would be your hard drive. Pls enter the BIOS/CMOS setup and determine if your laptop can auto detect the hard disk. If detectable, save and exit, if not the drive may require replacement.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
