Required audio compression format

Try to uninstall Yahoo messanger,restart you're computer and reinstall Yahoo!

SOUND CARD DRIVER OR AUDIO DRIVER FOR THE SERTAIN PROGRAM DIDNT GET LOADED WHEN INSTALLED THE PROGRAM OR THE FILE GOT CORUPTED FOR USING IT ALOT.

YOU MAY NEED TO DOWNLOAD THOSE AUDIO COMPRESSION FORMAT OR BITMAP CONVERT BUT NOT BITMAT FOR SAY YOU NEED A SOUND COMPRESSION FORMAT CONVERTER OR A TRANSLATOR PROGRAM, THERE AGAIN THE DRIVER FOR THE DEVICE SO IT WILL WORK PROPERLY.

i m using yahoo messenger 8 , i cant make conference call. there is error display (this computr does not support the requird audio compression....so pls solve the problm.

confiugre the audio driver

check out ur audio driver in device manager look for update.
you can update in device manager but sometimes(more often than not) get reply latest driver installed.
well the latest driver isnt always the best.
if this the case download a driver from hp site .if driver still no better or worse;you can roll back driver in device mannager to previous one.
could try update codecs (encode/decode) as different codecs have different compression ratio's.

ok. try to download klite mega codec pack. this will solve the audio codec problem.

well should be full go are u using onbord sound card d usally those stink with vista cheak for latest update ok dont worry about compesion

This is a warning message due to improper sentting of your messanger and your net-protocol. Allthough even then you can make your voice-chat without any problem. So dun wrry just ignore the message.

try downloading latest windows media player . and see whether u have installed proper audio drivers for your audio device.
