Call dealer ask for service and tell them the battery was disconnected and you need the radio code again they should find it with no problem through the vin number
The dealership keeps records on those. All they need is a Vin #. I had that problem once..i called the dealership where I bought it and they gave me the code over the phone.

Please
quote ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY BARCODES , LABELS or STAMPED IN THE METAL
CASING. There
should be a 14 character Serial Number beginning with RG or RN or PH or similar
(often found stamped in the metal casing ) and maybe a Security Number in the format of
TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode so please quote EVERYTHING
you can find
The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard . Then please quote the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING. Also confirm the MAKE of CAR it is fitted into.
The code for my 2002 Megane (MK51 reg) is 5817. You use the little wheel on the steering on the right hand side of steering wheel, the one where you can change channels on your radio. This will set the numbers ie 1 2 3 4 put you first No in and press the button underneath the little wheel it will then flash onto the second No. Do the same until you get to the fourth and then hold the button in until the radio comes on. Hope this helps
