Free Update of map

After installing the free upgrade;download into computer and computer to Garmin device, I receive msg. stating that my Garmin needs another 37 mb of space to finish the installation.... I tried inserting a 2 gb SD card to no avail... how do I install another 37 mb into my existing Garmin????

Of course, Garmin office hours are shut down till Monday a.m. and Garmin support is not working either "This page ....."
