Is in your old computer an USB slot to plug your flash drive?
Have you on this the driver for your drive ? This is the firts step to transfear your document to your new computer. If no try an other method as connect the computers in an internal LAN connection.
It depend on whith is your operating system.Tell me what is your operating system on each computer.

I have a dynex usb mini memory card reader/writer and i want to save word documents and PDF files from my computer. i have a windows 7 operating system. i need help please

Plug the dynex card reader into your PC, insert the supported memory card type in the device. the computer creates a removable disk you can access from Start->Computer and then it will be listed as probably an E:\ or an F:\ or similar. Double click on the drive and then you can copy and paste anything you want into or out of it.

Do I create folders on my mermory stick to download my music, pictures adn ringtones?

Actually you dont have to, the Phone creates these folders automatically, all you have to do is copy your music to them. But strangely enough your music and Pictures dont have to go in the music and pictures folder, you can place them where ever you wish. Just in case you need to create folders manually you can use the procedure outlined below. However there isnt any need too, the phone should create these folders automatically once your format your memory card (view your phones manual for details on doing this). But remember you can put the files anywhere the folders are just there for sorting sake..

connect the memory card to your computer via a port or some device,,(like cellular phone or camera)

1.) when windows read the card, click cancel to close off the window
2.) click start / my computer
3.) double click on your memory card (it shows up as a removable device)
4.) right click on any empty spot and (left click new and left click folder)
5.) type the name for your folder

click the - sign to minimize the window

1.) browser to the folder where you have your music or pictures in
2.) select the files you want to put on memory card (hold ctrl and click multiple files)
3.) hold ctrl and press c (Ctrl + C) to copy the files
4.) click on your memory card window to the button of the screen to open it up
5.) right click in any empty space then click paste.

your files will now be copied to the folder you created on your memory card. Repeat as needed to create more folders and copy more files.

CRUZER BLADE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN DELETED AND MY COMPUTER DOES NOT RECOGNIZED T HOW TO RESTORE MY CURRENT FILES AND MY USB WILL RUN AGAIN?

Good day,
installing the software again will allow the computer to recognize the device and grant you access to your files if you did not do any manipulation on the memory card.
The software can be downloaded online. Let me know if you need the link.

How to use sd card to upload pictures from pc to flash card

Yes. Operating systems that recognize memory cards usually provide access to them similar to the way other storage devices (such as hard drives) are accessed. Use an SD Card reader, mount the SD Card as a USB Mass Storage Device and drag and drop the files over to it. Remember the old 4.3 floppy drives? Insert it into the computer, access it through MY COMPUTER (if not prompted by the computer depending on your operating system) and drag and drop onto the PC. I hope this helps and good luck!
Please remember to vote f72d86b.jpg if this helps in any way. Thanks.

My sony 2.0 gig microvault flash drive is ''not recognized''

probably lost all info but can save drive if its like a cruzer ... first with drive inserted go to computer and see what drive it is ie: D:, E: etc. open CMD... on XP go to run type CMD ... in Vista type CMD in the search by start and open command prompt. Type drive letter followed by : (example F:) then press enter now it should look like this F:\>_ now type "DIR" enter and you will see any files on that drive, to copy and try to save files type "copy F:\filename C:\newfolder" now this is just an example so make sure you create a folder to copy to prior to this copy function after you copy all files you need then you can delete files that are preventing it from working in my case I deleted all files and started over. To delete files ... At the prompt type "DEL F:\filename" do this with each file, if you need to know functions in command, at the prompt type "help" when you finish you should be able to format the drive and put your files back on .... good luck

HOW DO YOU USE A USB STICK

There are various types of USB sticks or adapters. The most common is an USB memory stick and they come in memory capacities from 256Mb to 32Gb or more.
The USB memory sticks are use to transfer data from a computer to a memory stick and vice versa (ie. copy data from one computer to another computer).
To copy data to and from a USB memory stick, all you have to do is to plug the memory stick into the USB port of a computer, the computer will recognize it as an external memory device.
Wait a few seconds and click to open the memory stick, just like openning a folder on your hard disk. You can then open the hard disk and copy data files from the hard disk to the memory stick in the same way if you were copying data to a floppy disk.
