Question about Dell A960 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I was having problems with the Hardware Error 502 ... fixed that. Now, my printer makes a sudden scrubbing noise at the onset of each print job, but then it prints out fine. I must have touched something that I should not have, OOPS!
Turn the printer upside down and see if anything falls out. Look inside as well. Maybe something is askew in there. Go the the manufacturer's website to their Support section. Email them or do a live chat. I just typed "hardware eror 502" and found a lot of answers. You might even type the manufacturer's name with just "hardware error".
