Txtg wont work

we just got txtg put on our family plan today and it only works on my parents phones...and not on mine and my sister's razors. we called the 611 number and nothing that they told us to try worked.

I have the same problem.

well sorry to say but that is not something we can help you with, that is on your mobile providers' end of stuff to correct so take them in and see if it can be done.
