Question about Refrigerators
Yes, the water line is fine
Check if the water is freezing inside the ducts. Double check the water supply connection.. If there is a valve or a tap in the connection check that it is fully opened.
If water is getting to the ice maker check that ice is not stuck inside, if ice is there then evaporator ( device to release ice) is not working.
If water is not released it can also be a problem with solenoid valve.
Checking for this faults involves taking apart fridge parts, and this can invalidate the guaranty.
Being the fridge new I suggest calling back vendor or factory for assistance, setting (hose connections etc), and eventual replacement (how know what kind of pain it is , particularly when it is the second time.
