Have a 1998 disk with hearts, solitaire,checkers, old maid,gin, bridge,backgamon, poker, cribbage, and crazy eight. I like the games and the way you can pick the skill level your opponents. I have up dated to windows 7 and a 64 bit machine and the disk will not load. Is there a replacement for this disk that will work on a 64 bit machine. John

As far as I know fixya.com does not provide software or sell video games. You may want to contact the vendor that sold you the software and proceed with them.

Backgammon playing pieces are known variously as checkers, draughts, stones, men, counters, pawns, discs, or chips.

The objective is to remove (bear off) all of one's own checkers from the board before one's opponent can do the same. The checkers are scattered at first and may be blocked or hit by the opponent. As the playing time for each individual game is short, it is often played in matches, where victory is awarded to the first player to reach a certain number of points.

If you right click on my computer than right click the drive that has the disk in it, there should be an option that says explore, select that and than look for the setup.exe file and double click that
