Greetings,
UNPLUG and Remove the two screws from lower front panel...pull panel up and out to remove...
There will be four screws to remove front drum support. This is where you slip belt over drum and reinstall front drum support. The belt goes with the belted side up..The next step is to route belt around pulley and loop onto motor shaft. There will be tension when on correct,...reinstall front

Engine has compression and fuel. Timing belt broke and has been replaced. Removed spark with plug wire installed and no spark when turning engine over. The car ran fine until the belt broke.
check the crank sensor.... maybe it broke when the belt broke. the sensor give signal to spark plug to work.

Yes your engine is a interference engine,
which mean valve to piston hit.

But replace the timing belt.
Possible you didn't bent a valve.
Depend on the condition when the T/B broke,
