Question about GE MiniCam Pro HO98756 Webcam
Just turn off your avg for the moment you install the driver.
AVG often have a false alarm in many programs, try avast for free or kaspersky for commercial. both of it is better than avg.

In avg settings, add the cams driver etc as being ok. AVG thinks it is a virus/trojan installation.
