The MP3 player of my 6300 is infected and he is not playing

MP3 Player of nokia sometimes gives error while opening files, specially when it try to update the Library, to solve this issue you can do 2 things
Note: Install Nokia Pc Suite and take the full backup of your phone before proceeding to any step to avoid any possible data loss
1. Take the backup of your memory card, and format the card within the phone, Menu>Gallery>Memory card, Select Options> Format memory card,
Caution: It will remove all the data on memory card, so take the full backup of your memory card on Computer
2. If you see that formatting card does not solve the problem, Download the alternative mp3 player for nokia 6300, You can download the Mp3 player from the link below
Media Player
Click on the Download app on the right side of the page, and select either download on the pc or download directly on your phone.
Copy the player on your Memory card, (As phone memory will not be sufficient)
simply run the Software from memory card and it will play all supported media files
you can also update your phone to the latest software which will enhance the speed of your mobile phone, Download the Nokia Software updater (35 MB) and it will update the software of your phone,
Note: Make sure you backup all of your data from phone memory or memory card to an external source (Like your desktop/laptop).
