The user manual is available online. Go to the following page and click on the User's Guide (Lexmark X2600, X2630, X2650) link.

Your computer will automatically download a PDF copy of the manual. Don't forget to save it on your computer, so you can search for and find it later (i.e., don't print it). If you use a user manual in PDF format (rather than a printed copy), you can electronically search it. You get your answers much more quickly.
That Webpage has links to a Setup Sheet file as well as a file with a complete set of drivers and software. If I were you, I would download all of them and save them in a Lexmark folder. (Might even want to burn them to a CD as a backup.)You never know when you're going to need them.
Any why are you asking this question at FixYa.com? I didn't see the advertisement for this particular device, however, other advertisements I have seen there, and bid on myself, spell out exactly what the product is and what comes with it. If you are not happy with the product you purchased, you should be speaking with the person who sold it to you. We cannot solve this problem here at FixYa.com
Regarding the cartridges, I suggest you go to the store that sells cartridges and you purchase manufacturers original equipment cartridges for your printer for best results. Cartridges are also available at www.lexmark.com
I believe you will find a user manual if you go to www.lexmark.com/support.
Thanks for your question at FixYa.com
