1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Firstly you need to scan your PC. You need to reinstall cam drivers manually. And then install skype again.

download the driver from the manufacturers website..

Try going to the manufactures website to download drivers. then install them.

You can install QuickCam 11.1.0.2030 driver then You can upgrade to the QuickCam 11.5.0.1169 or higher. You can locate the driver by using link below

If the laptop is new it will be under waranty. Did the shop you purchased the laptop from install the webcam? If so let them fix the problem, if not you may still have to take it back to them to get it installed properly, otherwise you may void the waranty.
