Question about Televison & Video
That problem could be caused by two things: either the dvd disc it's scratched or the dvd player's lens are covered with moisture. To identify which one os the problem you should try to play other dvd disc on your player, if none of those work (or the majority) then you should take your dvd player for a lens clean up. Other wise the problem is with the dvd disc.
