Paper Jam

My printer is an X5470 and it just started with this proble. When printing is activated, the paper feeds in to the point wher it starts to print. But it does not continue going through. It appears that the paper is folding on the left side as you see it. What I need to do is figure out how to remove the top in order to gain acces to the rollers. Can you help?? I would appreciate any help from you folks.
