Go to your local office supply store and by Ink Jet Cleaner paper. It will come in a small package and the paper will feel like thin, hard felt, and will come with instructions on how to clean your ink jet printer.

please confirm that no foregin object droped inside like (stapler-pins)--confirm that paper jam switch in good condition and it is lever not broken and can move in free motion.-chek for small pieces of torn paper and clean the paper path.

put fax to send in top, type in fax number press Start/Send button

you put the paper face up, type the number and then press start, the phone line needs to be in the line connection and the other side in the wall plug, you need to see if you are using a direct phone line or if it is going through something on the way, other than that it is a very easy fax to use
