Problem for Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player

Reloading firmware on mp3 player

i erased firmware out of my player and was able to get a copy of it from creative, but i cant get my pc to reconize that it is even pluged in even though the player is charging and is says "docked" on its screen. can you help me fix this please?

- My Zen is stuck in "Recovery" mode. It won't power off. When I try to power it off I get a "Firmware Problem" error message. My computer doesn't recognize the unit when I connect it, so I can't reload the firmware onto it. I tried pushing the reset button but it didn't anything!!- souldeep

maybe there is software confliction, try to do the same thing on a different PC.

My Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player..Will Not Work It Keeps Saying Firmware Problem and It Will Not Let Me Do Anything...My Computer Cant Ever Read It When It Is Plugged In...I Cant Upgrade It Over That Fact.....So I Think I Am Screwed Either Way It Goes.....I Tried Resetting It..Still Nothing...I Dont Know How To Take The battery Out..I Dont Even Know Where The Battery Is Located....Can Someone Please Help Me With My Problem.......
