Have emachines laptop power on black screen says error loading operating system hear hard drive running and f11 does not work

The window files are corrupt, or the hard drive has issues, since you don't have a windows 7 disc and you cannot access the recovery partition, the next step is to have the hardware tested for possible replacement.

Its asking for an install disc i dont got and also i know the info is all there cause just befor that i was logged in but the viruse i took out took the boot info or some thing with it and i cant get on it...

reboot the machine and keep pressing F11 repeatedly until the Windows 7 system restore process start.
Choose a full restore, and it'll be right back to factory (like it was when it was brand new)

This should work as long as you never erased the recovery partition on the hard disk!

I have an Emachine and it suddenly blacked out to a black screen and pc performance stability analysis report comes up how to fix this this computer is running on windows xp

You didn't say what the suggested fixes are, but I've never heard of this. Perhaps you need to scan for viruses. There is no performance stability analysis that is part of Windows.

Your computer overheated, it needs a service/clean. With the vacuum cleaner. See my guide to get it working again, it is entitled My Computer is not turning on!!! Is it dead!!! No POST!!!

Install more fans, it needs cooler air to get into the chassis.

Take care!

The best bet is to borrow a copy from a neighbour/friend and use your CD key on the side of your laptop instead of his to register.

also get onto the police and report that repairman as he's charged you for a job he hasn't done and using illegal software.

T5254

eMachine's customer service was very good last I had occasion to use it. The keyboard that came with a system had a QWRRTY keyboard (E was missing) and I had the new one by 2nd day air with no return needed.

I recommend giving them a shot first since this issue may even be known to them.

I found Cnet's closing paragraph on your machine helpful too:

"We also like, as always, the BigFix application, which provides you with direct support help from Gateway, eMachines' parent company (which is, in turn, owned by Acer).
For the rest of this system's support, eMachines offers one year of parts and labor coverage, as well as 24-7 toll-free phone support. Online you get system-specific support resources, as well, along the lines of driver downloads, live chat, and other features. Because each eMachines is a fixed configuration, any support tech you come across should know exactly what kind of hardware you have, at least out of the box."
