Tring to connect my samsung tv to my samsung home cinema and having problems

Hi,here is my simple solution...
to listen your TV on your Stereo system thru your
samsung home cinema receiver,
** you need to connect "Audio Output " RCA jacks or "Optic cable output" of your TV
** to "AUX input " or "TV" OR "Any input" of your receiver ( except Phone ) or "Optic Cable input"
** than just switch to respective mode on
samsung home cinema RECEIVER corresponding your RCA or Optic connection..
.
There you go..Your TV sound is on the
samsung home cinema Receiver..By this means whatever you watch on the TV (TV tuner, satellite , Xbox ..etc.) ,it's sound will come thru your stereo..

Hope this helps!..if more help requires pls let me know.
Take care and please

Is the 42lh3000 TV compatible with the ht805sh home cinema system for getting TV sound through the speakers? i have it set up and works fine with DVD sound but i cant get the TV sound to come through it?

I looked at your two products and I'm not quite sure how you have it hooked up but, your TV has a total of 3 HDMI inputs and, a digital optical out, which means, that all your video componenets, DVD cable/sat, if you have, should be able to be connected directly to your TV. You can use the TV's menu to chosse what you want to watch. The TV also has a digital optical out, which you would connect to the digital optical in of the home theater. You would use one setting(sat, aux, whatever, depending on theater inputs), and when have "TV" selected in your menu, you should have sound through theater. You may have to turn volume down or mute for this to work. If you have any questions, let me know.

Hello there i have Optoma EW 536 Projector and i play movies on my laptop ... now i want to connect all this through sound and video on home cinema but i dunno how ? it is possible ?

Yes, you will need a DVD player and a sound system, you can connect an HDMI cable from your DVD to the Optoma and then a digital audio cable from your DVD player to your sound system.

Samsung HT-TZ225 Home Cinema System Ok the speakers are fine but the dvd player is selecting which discs it plays and makes a whirring noise when switched on..I have bought a lense cleaner but it hasn`t...

Hello,

the fault is from the lens. The lens is weak such that a lens cleaner cannot revive it to its former state.

If the player is still under warranty, it would be better for you to return it.

But if its not under warranty, then you will have to change the lens completely, to a brand new one. By so doing, the player will play all discs.

You need a more active lens for your player to play all discs.

Good luck.

Surround sound from Sky +

Could be two things:

First you have to make sure the speakers are all active, there is a speaker button on the RXV361 front on the right I think but not on the remote, you need B setting for all speakers. You run the sound test from the set up menu.

or it could be that Sky is not showing the programme you are watching in 5.1 so you won't hear it from all speakers, you can force this by using the Music enhancer button of the RXV361 remote.

Hope that helps?
