Lens cover is damaged and won't fully open/close...

Is there any way of replacing the lens cover? The camera has been damaged so that the outer ring of the lens is slightly dented. This means that one side of the lens cover neither fully opens or closes without a wee bit of assistance. Any idea if this can be replaced easily?
