Windows is severely corrupted : the kernel dll - the core file, on which all the other build upon - is missing. There is only one thing left to do - perform a full Windows reinstall.

Windows could not start becuase of error in the software. Please report this problem as : load needed DLLs for kernel. Please contact your support system to report this problem

You have a corrupt file or two in the boot sector.
Press F8 as it boots to enter Safe Mode.
Let safe mode run and then run CHKDSK/F. When it has found the errors close it down. Reboot the computer and cross your fingers that it has found or repaired the files.

Windows will not start, the error message is: Error in the software, load needed DLLs for Kernel

I really suspect this is a hardware problem -- such as a failed motherboard or ram -- but you might want to try reloading the operating system if you have a Windows CD with the current version.

in the xp setup, select repair when asked, not repair console, repair installation. repair installation comes after the repair console message, so just press enter to enter setup.
