Electrolux EOU6330 double oven.

Electrolux EOU6330 double oven. The top oven and grill is working fine but the main oven seems to switch on and make all the right noises but there is no heat (well a small amount of heat). Timer switch set correct. This happened just after the electricity cut out for a few minutes or perhaps this fault caused the electricity to cut out?
