The Turntable motor is defective and will need to be replaced, you can contact the manufacture for the part, or call in a appliance repairman to fix the problem.

Sounds like you have a ''smart board" or door switch problem, try to un plug the product, push all the 'buttons' on the control panel and then plug the product back in, if this does not correct the problem you have a component that has failed.
The turn table motor of your microwave is defective already and also the magnetron - the source of generated heat of the microwave is also defective. But before assuming that magnetron is dead, check the high voltage fuse it may be blown and replace the fuse (if it is blown) it with similar rating. I hope I help you with your microwave problem.
Hi, I had the same problem with my Emerson microwave. As I rent out the house, and the turntable stopped working while I was away, my rental agent bought another Emerson microwave. On my return I tried using the new (brown) plastic turntable on the old microwave, and found it worked perfectly. Maybe it would be possible for you to order a replacement turntable part. I have replaced the main fuse on this model. Though blown main fuses are common in this model, it will not even turn on when they blow, so your problem is most likely NOT a blown fuse. I had heard of your problem so, when replacing the main fuse inside one, I looked for additional fuses and saw none. The store was wrong. Even if it were a fuse, the security Torx screws mean that you couldn't replace the fuse anyway.
This microwave seems to have been haphazarly been recommended by Consumer Reports, but it is terribly unreliable. The turntables break when popping popcorn, the main fuse repeatedly blows, and they also stop heating.
