There is no way to download the disc online you will need to contact bushnell for a replacement disc see the link for details or call - 1-800-423-3537 for a replacement disc.

According to Bushnell you can obtain a replacement CD with the software and driver by calling 1-800-423-3537.

this can be procured from cs.bushnell.com

choose the driver download that is as close as possible to the serial number on the inside of your battery door.
this unit will not work on windows vista.
