I would have this checked by an electrician, there is a voltage drop at the point where the heat is detected. This could be caused by the fuse being loose in the socket or the screw in the bottom of the socket could be loose.

I JUST INSTALLED A TITAN N-120 TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER AND IT WORKS FINE FOR ALL THE SINKS BUT IT IS NOT PROVIDING HOT WATER TO THE SHOWER AND THE WATER FLOW HAS DIMINISHED IN THE SHOWER AS WELL.

It's doubtful your water heater unit is the problem. There is simply no reason for it to only work on sinks unless some how the pipe size was drastically reduced coming out of the unit so sinks got plenty of hot water but the shower does not. Take a second look at the installation. The pipe should not be less than 1/2" coming out. If that's OK then consider a clog or valve problem.

Sometimes there isn't enough hot water for a shower when the hot water mode is set.I have set the hot water temperature to 65 degrees

Are you waiting long enough for the water to be totally heated, before showering? Unfortunately, all the water doesn't reach 60 degrees celsius (140 degrees fahrenheit) in a matter of minutes. Try switching to the hot water mode sooner and allow enough time for the system to heat up entirely. If that doesn't solve the problem, the burner may need cleaning,

Hope this helped you. Please let me know. Thanks.

I have hotter water going to the facets than going to the shower and my hot water comes straight from the boiler

The handle for your shower may have a way to adjust it so that you can turn the handle farther to let more hot water into the mix. That would be the easiest solution that I can think of, Without getting to involved. Hopefully this helps.

You don't indicate what kind of valve(s) you have in your shower/bathtub.

It is sometimes the case, when you have separate hot and cold valves that use the traditional flat washer, the rubber/viton washer wears over time and actually becomes cut, such that a part of the washer protrudes from the valve face.

Hot water will cause the distorted washer to expand. Consequently, as more and hotter water flows through the valve, the washer expands to the point where it constricts the flow of hot water.

Replace the washer, at least on the hot water valve.

Electric immersion heater keeps cutting out

Sounds to me like you have a bad thermostat. You should be able to give a model number to any local plumbing supply place and get one for replacement. make sure power is of the unit before replaceing.

Modern shower valves have an "anti scald device" in them to prevent scalding from to hot water.

They come preset at 120 degrees.

Sometimes they can start to malfunction and all you get is warm, not hot water, they can also be intermittent.

This will only effect the shower valve though, not the other faucets.

Most conventional showers have brass seats or rubber seats that can deteriorate over time. these will leak or dribble and not maintain your temp.. Rubber and brass seats are a fairly common and easy replacement. It sure beats trying to rip out a shower valve.

My shower mixing valve will not adjust. The water is hot no matter what position I put it in. Makes for some really hot showers.

Are you using the wall instant hot shower heater? You should be careful, sometimes if all of sudden you only got hot water, you will get burned.

Call the supply companyright away.
