I would have this checked by an electrician, there is a voltage drop at the point where the heat is detected. This could be caused by the fuse being loose in the socket or the screw in the bottom of the socket could be loose.

Our bath taps which are a mixer with shower attachment stay really hot if you put the hot on first or really cold if you put the cold on first any idea how to adjust so we can have warm water when turning...

you make no sense. From the picture the water "mixer" is the center lever or is it a diverter valve for the shower and water nozzle below???
The knobs are for hot and cold water??

Sounds like you have an instant hot water system... (no hot water tank) if true, check that fuse.

Turn on shower, only a little bit of heat but only when you really turn up temp gage. there's no power light on as well.

make sure the rest of the house is getting good hot water to rule out a problem with your hotwater heater, if all other is ok then your shower valve may be clogged with trash on the hot side restricting flow and hot water. If its an ant scald shower valve you may need to raise the temp control.

No hot water

Check your fuse/breaker, should be a rcd switch. Depending when the shower was installed the fuse/breaker may be separate from the main fuse board, if it is an rcd switch it should be between 30A and 40A rating. If it is still fuse wire or cartridge fuse it should be replaced by residual current device.
Remember to turn the shower off in the bathroom before returning power to it.
Hope this helps

Electric shower is not getting hot

Locate your electrical panel box, find the breaker for the water heater, turn it off then back on, locate the water heater. Fins the powere disconect. Sometimes they are a simple pull disconect or switch, sometimes they are another breaker or fuse.

Check the fuses or flip the breaker if aplicable.

Hi, We have one of your tankless hot water heaters. At about this time of the year in southern CA it is difficult to take a shower. We run either really hot or really cold. Is this due to the water tanks...

Your water in southern california is very hot during the summer months. I would try pulling the aerators out of the sinks and shower heads and also pull the inlet screen out of the watervalve connection on the heater itself

My shower mixing valve will not adjust. The water is hot no matter what position I put it in. Makes for some really hot showers.

Are you using the wall instant hot shower heater? You should be careful, sometimes if all of sudden you only got hot water, you will get burned.

Call the supply companyright away.
