See if when you wait long enough it finally comes up.
I had a Lexmark T520 in which the fuser was going bad and it was running REALLY hot. Every time it was power-cycled after prolonged use it would have to wait about 5 minutes with the message your getting above. I suspect when things don't calibrate right it tries to compensate.
I would see if it eventually comes up and take it as a warning sign that something internal and critical is starting to go bad. Fuser, sensors, drums, etc.
