Question about Sony Ericsson W850i Cellular Phone
Hi, I would ask them to show proof of the water damage for starters! Check your reciepts of purchase for the serial number for the phone you paid for, and check that number to the one they show you, to keep them honest,(there are dodgy repairers out there) and if its the same place you bought it from, yet the serial number is different, they are pulling a swifty!!
These phones are quite reliable.
PS: Has a friend maybe spilt a drink on it at a party or such, but not telling?
Failing that, speak to consumer affairs.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
